Outpatient care for adults, children, and families
Mental Health and Counseling
Talk with a licensed counselor about anxiety, depression, trauma, or anything that feels too heavy to carry alone.
Some seasons are heavier than others. Counseling gives you a private, judgment-free place to set the weight down and sort through it with someone trained to help.
Our counselors are licensed clinicians who live and work in this region. They treat anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and serious mental illness. They also know that most people who walk through our doors are not looking for a diagnosis. They are looking for relief, and a plan.
Care is confidential. It moves at your pace. And it starts with one conversation.
What to expect
-
A welcome call
You call or visit, and we listen. A staff member asks what brought you in and what you want to change. This takes about 20 minutes.
-
An intake appointment
A licensed clinician meets with you, usually within a week. Together you talk through your history, your strengths, and what support fits.
-
A plan you help write
You and your counselor set goals in plain words. You decide what matters most. The plan is yours, and you can change it.
-
Regular sessions
Most people meet weekly or every other week, in person or by video. Medication support is available when it helps.
